Old Irrigation Repair

Irrigation Line behind #12 Green. Line was placed inside bunker above the liner of bunker. Frost during winter pushed pipe out of ground. Because of the curve it was difficult to repair. After several attempts, Knock on wood, the line is finally repaired.

Staff worked hard to bury the line. We decided to put soil on top of the line instead of sand. By using soil we hope to eliminate the future possibility of any raising from frost.

Final look. Waiting for cooler weather to seed.

There has been a hole on #13 for quite some time now. All due to a very large tree root breaking a cement irrigation line.
Using the backhoe, we got as much of the root out as possible
We decided to install a new valve here. This valve will allow us to fix any problems on #15 with out having to shut the entire system down.

Here is the completed new line. Will check the fittings once The irrigation system is fully charged and good to go.

We have switched to a much better sand for divot boxes. The issue now is the seed placed in them has germinated a lot quicker than before. Our options are to remove the boxes and have the staff fill divots a few times a week, or not add seed to the divot boxes. The decision is still up in the air.

Cotton Wood #5. Very Large and Messy Tree

A Look from the Black tee before tree comes out. A lot of unused green because of the tree, Also a lot of man hours goes into the constant cleaning of debris.

Look from the same tee after the tree is gone. The hole has really opened up.

Before staring Demo.

Lockers sat on 3 inches of concrete. Had to be removed.

Built a new wall on top of remaining lockers to block view of anything being store in back.

This is a look of how much space was added for storage
